I am home and home buzzing! I just finished the most amazing shoot with the talented Julia Fullerton-Batten and her team. It has to be quite simply the most amazing, liberating, insane and inspiring shoot I have done in many years. There are now two photographers who now make me weak at the knees with their work: Julia and Mitch Jenkins.
Arriving at a truly magically location: Nursted House. This grade II listed privately owned home is sensational. Its like Harry Potter meet Jane Austen in a museum of oddities. Walking around the place it felt like I was in another world. I would love to go back there. I was so well catered for by Julia, her team but also the home owners particularly Carla (owners’ daughter). The stylist and makeup lady were amazing too. I know I sound all gushy but it is rare for me to do such large scale, high concept shoots considering my size and tattoos. I wont spoil the end result too much but I was a nude flapper(-esque) in an Alice in Wonderland meets Atonement style shoot.
It was amazing….
