Bump N Grind 2pm
This is a sassy and fun workshop. Traditional with a hint of risque. Come shimmy shake and grind a gogo with us. 1.5 hrs approx class.
You will need to bring heels to dance in, wear leggings/shorts or similar to help with movement. Notebook and pen is always handy too.
Down N Grimey 3.30pm
This workshop is about letting lose and really making that audience lose their hearts and minds. We work hard, we use the whole stage area and we let the moves do the talking. Expect to laugh your butts off. High energy to a point and will work ya. We are going to be doing a bit of floor work so if necessary bring knee supports to protect them. Not essential.
