Kinky & Quirky are back in Exeter! And it’s the dawning of a new era!
Devon’s burlesque funsters are following the likes of the Double R Club and the Tournament of Tease who can …be found at the Bethnal Green Working Men’s Club in London.
With it’s central stage, huge wooden dancefloor, booth and table seating and super cheap bar prices, the Whipton & Pinhoe Labour Club in Exeter looks like a great place for a fun crowd of retro and burlesque loving folk to enjoy ‘Exeter’s best night out’.
K & Q successfully bring together innovative entertainers from the U.K burlesque and cabaret scene and to launch the new venue we have invited two firm favourites and friends plus a new kid on the K & Q block!
A regular honey who has performed alongside such names as Anna Fur Laxis and Joe Black, some say that Miss Eris Eveiller is the result of an illict liason between a time travelling Russian Countess and a French rockstar, Others that it was a mermaid and a viking. All we know is she’s Eris Eveiller and we’re looking forward to having her!
The other two artistes need no introduction – but this is the first time that they have performed at K & Q together – Ladies & Gentleman brace yourselves – It’s Miss Khandie Khisses and Miss Venus Noir!
This extremely popular night attracts quite a following by dedicating the entire night to top class burlesque artistes and rockin’ tunes; blues, mambo, rock ‘n’ roll, retro sleaze and cool cheese, the joint will be jumping and you should book early to get a table and tickets.
